Well made. Food doesn't stick.

I was super nervous to put it in the oven because of the material and was fully expecting it to melt but pulled my biscuits out and everything was fine! I like that it cools off quicker than glass or metal cuz I forget things are hot a lot and grab them lol I got it for the pattern mostly but I'm super happy with this purchase because it's great quality

Love how it makes my muffins crispy on the outside. Everything pops right out after the food cools. No more shopping.... get this muffin pan and thank me later

Awesome but nonstick isn’t always great.

I have used two times for egg bites on recommendation from a friend who makes them all the time. Before baking I sprayed lightly with an avocado oil non-aerosol. I am buying a second pan because I gave the first one to my son who liked my egg bites so much. If I were going to make muffins, I would probably buy a muffin tin not a dome shaped pan like this one. The description clearly says “dome“ for this pan. As an aside, I don’t think reviews should be considered when the purchaser can’t be bothered to read the description. Also I run most new cooking items through the dishwasher before using, if it’s safe to do so of course. And I think that’s the best way to remove any manufacturing coating. Update: my son uses this almost every week to make egg bites to grab in the morning on his way to work. He adds different veggies, cheeses, hot sauce each time. Store in the refrigerator and microwave to warm.

I had read about the smell after ordering it. When it arrived I washed it and then baked it by itself and repeated this process one more time before cooking with food in it and this seems to have eliminated the smell. After the first bake without food in it, my oven smelled funky but the repeat process seems to have taken care of it! Egg Cups popped out easily with very little olive oil. Exactly what I needed

Cleaning was not easy, had to soak this overnight. Muffins did not pop out easily as well.

Daughter great baker. Got her the loaf pan, she loved, so got this muffin pan. Keep in mind the muffins will be more egg shape, weeble, wobble, and muffin might roll over, the one we got had rounded muffin bottoms. Nice muffin pan.
