Took 2 of these nightly, for over 2 years- did help lower my #'s ,upset my stomach, so stopped taking.

I take no prescribed cholesterol meds due to this supplement + Q10 (200 mg). It's higher than a other RYR, but I don't want to sacrifice quality and safety.

Just started taking and won’t know until I have my blood work done in 6 months. It is a more natural way to treat my health issue instead of drugs. Will have to see but doctor says it works. I’m extremely excited since I try to take care of health issues naturally

My doctor recommended this brand for me to help lower my cholesterol. I take two of these at night before I go to bed, and also take two plant sterols (Andrew Lessman brand called cholestacare) with each meal. I also take coq10 and omega3 supplements. My total cholesterol went from 267 to 214 in just 10 weeks. I do eat a clean diet for the most part, but not always perfect! I am thrilled with this product, especially because now I do not have to go back on statins. They gave me terrible leg pain, but with taking the red yeast rice, I have had no side effects except lower cholesterol! My goal is to get my numbers below 200, and now I know I have a product that will help me reach that goal. Thank you Designs for Health for such an awesome product.
