I originally bought this to use only as a lemon zester, but it also works great as a cheese grater, to make chocolate shavings, grate ginger and garlic, or even to grate walnuts for baking.This zester is very easy to clean, which is a huge plus. Trying to clean other zesters I have bought was tough - usually the scrub pad would get stuck or slightly shredded from scrubbing. This zester rinsed right off in the sink, no need for harsh scrubbing.I like how the zester has a loop on the end, so I can hang it up in my baking pantry and save drawer space (and, my knuckles, should I dive into the drawer without looking).When this company says "Five Star Happy," they mean it, though their zester is high quality, so I'm not sure why anyone would ever be unhappy with it. That policy, combined with a sale price, made me order this.

This is my review for the Premium Quality Kitchen Tool - Best and Durable Stainless Steel Zester Grater. I will be the first to admit that I have never owned a zester. When cooking or baked, I always skip over the recipes that called for lemon zest or orange zest because I didn't have a zester. Just recently I found a couple of recipes I wanted to try but set them aside again because they called for zest. When I had the opportunity to get a zester, I jumped at it. I tried it on both lemons and oranges. This zester was easy to use and worked well. It just took me a minute to get the little pile of lemon zest you see in my picture. The zester measures 12 inches from handle to tip. The blade alone is 8 inches. The handle is made from a black plastic. It has a slight curve and ridges on the sides to make it easier to grip and not quite so slippery. I was worry about cleanup because cheese graters are always so hard to clean but this was a breeze. Pretty much everything came off just from running it under water. I am excited to now have one of these in my possession because it opens up a world of recipes.Product provided for my evaluation and review.

This greater is by far one of my favorite easy to use and you can pretty much use it on anything. I was given a discount in exchange for my honest review. I definitely recommend this to everyone who loves to cook. Makes preparing food much easier. Easy to hold good grip and also easy to clean.
