Yes. I use Florida Water with baking soda and epsom salt in my spiritual baths.

Is this bottle (16 oz) glass or plastic?

The bottle is plastic, I've ordered this product before. I transferred my Florida water into a glass bottle with a sprayer on it. Hope this helps.
