Bought these with the feeling that they were perhaps a gimmick but pleasantly surprised. You put one on your tongue when hungry and it melts away. Tastes a hit like a polo mint and definitely curbs hunger pains! Will update when I’ve used them for longer

Was very excited by this product and couldn't wait to try it out, but what a waste of hope.It made me hungrier than not taking itTried it for 2 days straight and at every point I took it my stomach rumblings would in fact intensifyWaste of money and would not purchase again unless manufacturers actually provide ingredients that work

These Really Work
I'm not one to write reviews usually but i'm a huge fan of this brand. I've been using the hunger strips for a while now and they have really helped me control my hunger. I've lost half a stone in 6 months!!!
