The headset is cushioned and comfortable over the ears, it does not press on tragus which i have an issue which in some earphones after wearing for long periods of time. the headset was worn for gaming days which can be up to 8 hours and did really well. It comes at max volume on the dial so you may want to configure the settings beforehand so you can use the volume dial easier throughout.the pros of the headset:1) volume dial and mute/unmute switch on the headset itself. very useful for someone who has to quickly converse in middle of the game.2) mic that can be stowed away from the mouth - useful to control breathing sounds and how close the mic is to your face.3) comfortable earpieces and head pieces4) sounds are crisp and smooth. you dont hear a discrepancy in voices or scratchy sounds. music and bass are nice through it, wont be bose quality but decent enough to pick out bohemian rhapsody notes.cons:1) takes up a usb slot as well as your headphone slot- which have to be next to each other- if you are using a laptop with limited number of usb slots, you need to get extra usb slots.2) its not fully noise cancellation. listening to music or conversations will drown out the outside surrounding even at minimum volume which is good, but you will still hear the outside murmuring through.3) the mic is on an extension arm that bends side to side too, so be aware it may hit your cheek if you are pulling the arm down quickly or nip your finger when you are stowing it away.4) it is very big and bright. if you wanted something sleek and non descript, this is not for you.overall happy with them given the price :)

I bought these for my children to use with a PS4 and they are both very pleased. They are surprisingly well made for the price and the sound quality and microphone are pretty good for this price point; they also fit me just as well as my 8 year old and 10 year old, with both the headset and microphone being adjustable across a wide range of sizes.The light-up function only works if you plug the USB cable into a powerpack or the PS4 - the kids thought it was pretty cool initially, but the novelty wore off quite quickly.The only minor downside is that I probably wouldn't use them for anything beyond gaming; they are pretty large and keep your ears pretty toasty, so they wouldn't be my first choice for listening to music or for use on a conference call (and on a video call you'd look a bit odd!).Definitely worth a look if you are after a gaming headset.

Got these for my sons birthday and he loves them, they feel really sturdy and fit his head no problem. Sound quality is as good as his brothers headset from a well known own brand. The biggest bonus with these is that it has both an audio and USB connection. With having an Xbox and Ps4 these are perfect for switching between consoles.

Rather than a gaming headset, I've been using this as a work headset since lockdown began due to the benefits of having a mic as a solid piece. Sound quality is clear, I've had no audio complaints, and if I get bored in meetings the volume control is right there. If I get really really bored in meetings, I can also plug in the USB bit and light them up for entertainment, but make sure to check if your webcam is on or not before doing this
