Great googley moogley! This book is amazing so far! I have never participated in a fast like this. In this short amount of time, God has revealed so much to me. I know there is more to come. Dr. Trimm is very inspiring! By the time I finish, I can tell I will be a new person.

Great book to deep your relationship with God and to get clarity in your life! It is worth buying with or without the accompanying CD"s . Naturally you get more out of the 40days if you do purchase the accompanying CD's but if you can't afford the CD's, the book is still worth buying! I am so pleased with this book! Thank you to the author for writing it and helping so many!

I got the leader's guide, the participant guide and the book for my own personal growth to uncover the real me -- who God designed me to be. I love the book. I read it through first and then started journaling my answers to look at myself in light of god's Word and Truth.
