200+ Borage Seeds- Heirloom Herb Variety- by Ohio Heirloom Seeds

I planted about 15 of these expecting to get about half of those to germinate. Much to my surprise, 14 of them germinated. Most of the seedlings themselves have all been strong growers with only a few runts. I highly recommend these seeds. In all honesty, 200 seeds are way, way more than you'll ever need unless you plan on growing a ton of them or you plan on heavily thinning them out to get only the strongest of the bunch. These will self seed for the next season as well after they die off (they're annuals), so you likely won't need them later on once they're planted. Make sure to pair them with tomatoes as they're a complimentary plant that, supposedly, aides in providing better tasting tomatoes and keeping certain pests at bay.

Great seeds were fresh and young plants are looking healthy. Will buy from this seller over and over.

There seeds came as ordered. They can on time. I planted them...about 1/2" to 1" in the soil...which I hadn't planted in before...just turned up regular yard soil and added some iron as we live in the southern Cascades at 4,300 ft elevation with rocky volcanic soil which has minimal nutrients as pine trees are the main natural compost making for acidic soil. The plants sprouted in about I week. All seeds came up. Plants are about 2 inches right now and flourishing with little fuss. I would have given a 5 star rating if the seed package had contained planting instructions...instead I had to wing it on planting depth and spacing and germination time. I am pleased with the product and would order from this company again...just would be nice to at least know planting depth.

I bought these seeds in the spring of 2013. The shipping was fast, I ordered on a Monday and had my seeds Thursday. The shipping on my total order was only $1.69 for all 7 packs of seeds I purchased. I also ordered some tomato and pepper seeds. I will post on those once they produce. The price was great and there were enough seeds for me to plant this year and next year!. The only draw back (why I only gave it 4 stars)if you are a new gardener (I'm semi new lol), the seeds do not come with instructions like some of the other big company seeds, (i.e. when to plant for your region, depth for seed planting and how many days for the seeds to germ.) I did find a little information on there website, but overall I am satisfied with this purchase. I will order from them again. I have already started my fall seeds search.

Planted this summer and germination was good had nice strong vigorous plants. The bees loved them. Would highly recommend.

The photo is only 7 days in and they look great. I germinated them on a damp paper towel and on day 6 transferred them to some soil beneath a grow light. I can't wait to plant these alongside my strawberry plants (they're great companion plants!). All my seeds were whole upon delivery, and I'll likely have enough seeds for many years!

I planted a few of these and most germinated. Looking forward to the next growing season so I can plant more and get a good harvest before the wildlife eats them again.
