Lens Cap

Price was right, they fit, it's a good deal.

I bought this set of caps for use with the Canon EOS R. The body caps fit the EOS R body just as well as the native RF mount cap from Canon. I literally cannot tell which cap I'm using without looking, because there is no play in the fit at all. So, the body caps are excellent and I would definitely recommend them as a replacement or backup to the stock body cap that comes with Canon RF camera bodies. What I'm more excited about though is the lens caps. I ultimately bought this set to use with the adapters we use to mount vintage lenses onto the EOS R, as well as with the EF-RF adapter from Canon. These lens caps fit Fotosy RF mount lens adapters perfectly! This means that I have the option of leaving the adapters on each lens and using the RF rear lens cap just as if the lenses were RF glass. This makes changing lenses much quicker. And, when the adapters are not on the lenses (usually due to camera bag space limitations), the cap still remains on the RF side of the adapter, while a native body cap for each lens type can be used to seal the lens-side of the adapters and keep dust out. Perfect! Since the Fotasy adapters fit the R perfectly, with no play or light leak, I can say with confidence that these caps should fit RF lenses and third party lenses for the RF mount just as well. I've included a couple of images showing the caps in use on several different adapters, as well as the body cap on the EOS R, so that you can see them in use as described above. I'm really glad that I picked up this set of caps when I ordered the EOS R and will definitely continue buying them as we add more vintage lenses to our collection. ** If you found this review helpful, please click below to let me know. Perfect fit, great price. I purchased these lens caps to modify to fit like the old EF caps. The plastic was very easy to slice off to make the fit.

Great value for the money and fits perfectly on my RF lenses. Also I have some vintage lenses with the adapter to RF and that is why I needed extra rear caps. Is a shame I am forced to buy the front cap (the one that goes on your camera) even when I do not need it. I wish they sell the rear lens cap only. Recommended.

Over the years I've lost a few lens caps and adapter pieces here and there so I bought a five pack of these and actually like them better then the OEM Cannon ones. They fit perfectly they have little grips on them and they just look great. They are all around a five-star product. Definitely buying more

Feels like a quality product, I especially like that they are embossed with the words RF cap so it’s easy to distinguish them from my EF ones.

Works awesome for the Canon EOS R line, and the RF lenses. I have no idea where my end caps keep going, so these were great, and delivered quick. Would recommend them, especially to have some extras on hand.
