Over priced. Not very much in the packages .

Not much flavor

I have liked all of the foods that I bought from Protidiet. This was the most awful tasting food that I bought. I quickly returned it due to the flavor

I bought this because I was unable to get the Ideal Protien omelets and I thought this would be a good substitution. It is inferior to the Ideal Protien product, but it is half the price. If it didn’t have that unpleasant “fake bacon bits” flavor it would be much better. I wish they just made a plane one without the “bacon” in it.

Great for a high protein diet. Add green onions and green peppers and a little extra egg whites and enjoy!

I had pretty low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised with the texture and taste. I have only cooked it in the microwave so far and it comes out like scrambled eggs. Very easy to make.

I wasn't completely sure what to expect with a powdered omelet diet breakfast but wanted a change from shakes in the morning. The initial mixing of the powder was the only thing that took a star away as it was not overly easy to try and mix it up in an effort to break up the powder clumps and have it all smooth. Even with some clumps remaining, I went ahead and cooked it. Only took a few minutes - the flavor and consistency was good. I ended up making scrambled eggs instead of an omelet but still very good. Will be ordering more of this. Even without being on a diet, limited eggs at the grocery stores makes this a good backup!
