Smells and taste like blueberries
Smells great and tastes like blueberries. Not sure it is making any difference though.

Blood pressure drug
I've been taking this for years and my blood pressure was perfect. I stopped taking it for a while and my blood pressure went through the roof. There were other factors involved but a couple of days after I started taking this extract again my blood pressure came down somewhat but is still quite high. There should be a warning. This is a powerful drug. Don’t stop taking this drug suddenly.

prevents gout beautifully
I've been taking my workouts to new heights in the last 6 months, which requires intaking a lot more protein; I take this twice / day to prevent gout, which can be surprisingly debilitating. This works fascinatingly better than any Rx I've ever gotten from multiple docs. Definitely worth a convo with your doc. Update: years later and I still haven't had a gout flare up. Love this product enough to subscribe.
