I love KEEN's but quality seems to be lacking.
UPDATE 3/30/19- KEEN has been very swift in their claims process and I am very satisfied with their customer service. I really love KEEN shoes, they fit like nothing else. I will be trying the USA made Durrand's next hoping that the quality is there.I've only had these boots for two weeks and I stopped wearing them after 4 days of EXTREMELY light use. Only driving and walking in lawn/paved areas. I stopped wearing them because the two rubber soles on the toe of the right side is de-laminating already. I honestly can't even believe it. These are not my first pair of keens and I have had similar problems with other styles in the past but only after hard use. I really like the KEEN fit and toe box but I cannot continue to waste money on shoes that don't last. These are sold as a work boot even, they should be able to handle some very light use.Currently have a claim submitted to KEEN, I'm hoping they make good on this or they will unfortunately have lost my business. Truly a shame because I wear almost nothing else these days.

The stitching is horrible
I do Remodeling and wore these boots to work indoors. Never even use them outside. I love the way that they look and feel and I'm a huge fan of Keen footwear. I have other boots from them that are much more heavy duty and they have worked out just fine. Unfortunately, for some reason the stitching over both of the toes completely failed and the leather pulled apart on both boots. I will continue to buy Keen but unfortunately this particular style has very weak stitching and was a humongous disappointment to me.

Very comfortable but not as durable as expected.
I am a full time builder/carpenter doing mainly residential new builds and renovations. I purchased in October of 2018 and have worn them everyday during the week as of January 2019, one eyelet has come out but overall I am happy with them. Most of all because of how comfortable they are especially if you are working on a roof or framing trusses. The fit is wide so laces need to be done up quite tight but I have quite narrow feet. Even though the manufacturers say that they are water resistant if you stand in a puddle your feet will get wet. For a $300 pair of boots I’d expect at least a year out of them so time will tell.

Shredded Laces, Sloppy Fit, Very Uncomfortable
Bought these in Dec '18, starting a new management level job in Jan'19, wanted a clean pair of boots to wear, but suitable for a work environment if needed.Wore them commuting into work for 6 weeks, then in the field, meeting with customers, and driving around.Noticed the lace on the right boot separating, and then it shredded, becoming annoying to tie.Wrote Keen recently to inform them; they directed me to the website to buy a new pair.In 3 months, no reason for one lace to shred and not the other.Amazon won't take them back now, so I'll badger Keen until they do. Not satisfied, not buying any more Keen work boots.

Comfiest Boot, But What’s With the Laces!?
This is my 3rd pair of Keen work boots after the Milwaukee’s and Tacoma’s. I’ll probably never own another brand. I moved into a supervisor position and needed something a little more presentable, without sacrificing too much protection. These are the most comfortable boots of the three, and by far my favorite boots ever. The downside: LACES. Come on, Keen!? They match the boot extremely well, but I purchased the boots THREE months ago and I just replaced the laces because the right boot’s broke already. I expect more out of a $150+ boot! Granted, I wear these all day everyday - even weekends - but they don’t see much abuse now that I no longer “work” for a living. If you get these, pick up a set of brown 63” iron laces. You’ll need them fairly quickly.I also wish they were waterproof like my last two pairs. I haven’t gotten my feet wet yet, but I’m avoiding those opportunities when possible. The Milwaukee/Tacoma’s could be buried in H2O up to your ankle and you’d never know it.

MAKE SURE YOU FIND OUT IF THEY ARE THE TOE TYPE YOU NEED. Soft or aluminum.
Im a remodelerI saw posts about them falling apart but I haven’t had them that long so we’ll see about the falling apart. The description doesn’t say it’s an aluminum toe and The aluminum toe made a piece of the interior lining fabric bunch up and it rubs the outside of my big toe.I got them because I’ve had the hikers before and they have a wider toe box. I have another pair but they are water proof and in the summer my feet are sweating bad all day. They wider toe Doesn’t do much good if the inside bunches up .So that sucks. So far I’m disappointed overall.

Why cant sizes ever be right...
Not sure why every shoe I get with a steel toe is a size too big or too small...I am a 10.5/11 in regular shoes.in one pair of Keen boots im a 9.5 and they fit perfect. I bought these in 9.5 and they are pretty snug at the toe with factory insoles. i took them out and put thin ones in and its better. Should have gone with 10. hope that helps.

NO TWO PAIR ARE THE SAME AWFUL, NIGHTAND DAY BETWEEN LAST PAIR AND THIS PAIR
This is my (2nd). Pair of Keen boots I was very impressed with the first pair and still have them, they are lite weight and make it easier to work long hours on my feet the bottoms are a little thin but with the purchase of a arch supporting insole made it comfortable to work 10/12 hours a day in with plenty of foot room. The most resent pair I PURCHASED are AWFUL and have no room at all an cramp my toes so bad the aluminum toe seems way smaller and now I’m dealing with (corns & bunions) on my feet and I’ve tried every kind of insole on the market and the boot hurt my feet so bad that I’m unable to ware them anymore. I’m very disappointed because I like the wedge sole type boots and had plenty of room in the others, was hoping for the success of the last pair I bought. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED !! WILL NEVER BUY THESE AGAIN. It’s like there made buy two different companies.

Pretty good boots
Boots look great, slip resistance is good but not the best on oil or water out of what I've had. Still works just not the best.I usually order wide boots but those are usually huge, front heavy and work boots look. So I ordered regular size this time and stretched them by myself.I would buy again but not for the price.

Nice but not 100% great
Nice boot but toe is not great. Cuts into the top of my foot. Would look at other brands for the price I paid.

Excelente producto.
Muy buenas botas para trabajar, muy cómodas, me quedó aproximadamente 1/2 número más grande, pero no tengo problemas, se limpian fácilmente.
