A Less expensive alternative
These are less expensive than the entire kit, but can be changing them is quite dirty and filthy to replace on the stem. Wear gloves because usually the old diaphragm is messy.

Don’t buy.
I took a long time to change it. I turned the water on, the water kept flowing. Later I bought another full set to replace. I recommend to buy the full set, save time just cost a little more .

Did not resolve noise issue
Ordered two of these for Regal urinals. The diaphragms did not correct the loud noises at the end of the flushes, so I had to purchase the entire dual repair kits recommended by Sloan. A Sloan rep told me that the rubber used to make the diaphragms has changed and doesn’t work any longer.
