It was easy to find what I wanted, order, pay and got delivered pretty quick. Just a few days. Great to keep in the garage or vehicle to have easy use tie downs for about anything. Great product, i use this to assist in lifting my wheelchair into and out again from my car. Only thing I modified was changing the hook on one side to soot my needs...

This original model is the best of the bunch. I’ve got another brands and this one is my favorite four function overall.

Works great. No problem. Could have included instructions on how to string the line through the pully since it needs to be done before you can use it. Just look at it and read the in and out ports. Also, there is a little spring lever at the top that releases the grip to reset it for the next use.

Just recieved the ratchet today. The supplied rope is only a little over 7 ft not the 8ft that that it is supposed to be supplied with.
