I only took for a month, but I will probably order more of this. It took some time to find marine-only collagen and was happy when I found this. You take 4 pills a day, which is a bit much (I like 1 pill a day), but the pills are easy to get down with no taste.I will warn you: on the bottle it says to take on an empty stomach for better absorption. I wouldn't recomend doing this! I did this twice (I'm a slow learner apparently), and the nausea was insane. Take it from me and my pain: eat something.
