Perks me up
I have been suffering with afternoon slumps & caffeine doesn't even cut it any more & besides Im trying to cut caffeine & sugar. So I started it YESTERDAY and already feel a difference. I took 2 yesterday and went to bed fine at 9am but at 3am I woke with my mind racing & unable to go back to sleep. So today I only took 1 at lunch and hopefully will fight through my afternoon slumps & still go to bed at 9pm and sleep all night. Fingers crossed. Because it felt so good to have energy all day long and not ready to pass out at 6pm when I still had at least 2 hours until kids bed time.

I’ve taken CLA, and/or L-Carnitine for the last 10 years- I exercise about 6 times a week. I definitely believe these have helped me with my fat metabolism. You must have a healthy diet for these to work..
