This has really been a lifesaver for me when I can feel a UTI coming on. If anything feels off at all I reach for this and it really helps. It obviously helps me get rid of occasional UTIs. I take it twice a day, sometimes even three times when I start experiencing symptoms of a UTI. In a few days symptoms such as an urge of frequent urination and aching down there subside and eventually go away. Good size, easy to swallow, no taste, no smell, no side effects.
