Liked this but I’m one of the odd ones who got way too tired from using it.

I had constant UTI's until I started taking these every day. If I feel "off" I increase dosage to one in morning, afternoon, evening amd keep doing that for maybe 1-3 days and usually takes care of the issue. Since taking these regularly, had one UTI in the past 2 years. So much better than every 1-3 months. Didn't like always having to be taking different drugs to resolve issues. It worked for me, I hope it works for you as I would love for every woman that has issues to get it resolved!
