Since this is an insulated oven, hest retention is much better and even
Very good product. Even heat distribution due to 6 heater elements unlike 4 in others. Double glazed glass door etc ensures better retention too.

The material was received in intact box but the material was damaged inside. Inspite of request for call back and or replacement request no action was taken.
