I absolutely love this buffet server and food warmer. It’s far more practical than traditional warmers that rely on candles or warming oils. The adjustable temperature works well and keeps food warm evenly without hassle. It’s easy to set up, simple to use, and feels like good quality for the price. Overall, this is a convenient, reliable option that I’d highly recommend for gatherings and everyday use.

This is great! It heats up super fast and keeps the food super hot if needed. The holders for the top is super convenient. It’s also super easy to clean. It didn’t take up too much space making it easy to store.

Great serving option. While the three compartments may LOOK small, they hold quite a bit of food! I used this for holiday meals and wish I would have purchased one sooner. Keeps food warm and ready to serve.

I was nervous about buying this based on some of the reviews, but I decided to take a chance and try it for myself. I’m glad I did, because it worked wonderfully at our dinner party. I read all the directions, twice...just to make sure I understood exactly what should be done to keep the food warm since so many people had stated their dissatisfaction. This kept food warm during our 5-hour dinner. It was great. No one needed to microwave their food to heat it up, as the warmer did its job. I used the serving trays that came with it, although I like that you could remove them and just use the flat base (with your own dishes) if you choose. I haven’t done that yet, but I imagine it would work just as well (given you follow the guidelines). The serving trays are a decent size. I was impressed (based off another brand I have where the dishes are shallow). I don’t believe this would be beneficial for a large buffet (not more than 12-15 people). We had twelve people at a dinner party and this was just the right size for our event. I love that the lids were slotted for spoons. (I have another brand that does not have this feature and it’s annoying). I do wish that instead of three ‘large’ serving trays, they offered two large and two smaller sized ones (cut one of the larger ones in half to give the user two smaller dishes). That way you could fit ‘side’ items or complements to whatever was in the larger trays. For that reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. All in all, I am pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy it again.

Heats up fast, keeps food very warm and the size is perfect.

Great product. We use it for the holidays and is not only elegant but functional. I find it easier to use than the chafing dishes. Not having to deal with the hot water situation is a plus for me. The product is light in weight but pretty sturdy . It works great. It will turn off by itself after a few hours so our food was not burned or dry. It is Very elegant and I got lots of compliments on my food presentation. All in all it is a great product. I shopped around and the price is right for this product. You can find cheaper one but I went for this because of the brand name

I used the 3 warming sections for previously cooked potatoes, green beans, and ham. It was placed on top of my counter. However, this warming tray destroyed my counter. We were careful to read Important Safeguards section and paid close attention to #20 which reads “during use, provide 4 to 6 inch airspace above, behind, and on both sides for the air circulation. Do not use on surfaces where heat may cause a problem.” In the past. I have put hot pans right out of the oven onto my countertop, without any issues. In the past, I used the toaster, electric frying pan, and crockpot, to actually cook in, on top of my counter, and never had an issue. This design needs to improve. There is no airspace underneath it. By using approximately 2 to 3 inch spacers/legs on the bottom, one at each of the corners, to lift it off the surface, would have avoided the issue I now have to deal with-which will be more costly than 4 spacers or legs. My countertop is ruined and will need replaced. It is impossible to cut out the ruined section (about 2 feet x 2 feet) and repair or replace that section of my resin countertop. As you can see in the picture above, my countertop swelled up and split. It is no longer a flat surface where the warming tray sat.

This is an excellent product for our Christmas Breakfast tradition. Food stays warm while everyone opens their presents!! Just remember to keep the warmer on HIGH during that time!!

Didn’t work properly food cold after an hour vey disappointed. Returned item still awaiting a refund. Beware it is American so not work properly on uk voltage - advert didn’t indicate that.
