Husband has rosacea and has just started taking these after I read post from a woman who swears by them. Shall submit again after he’s taken them for a while.

Great for 180 pills so lasts 6 months before you run out. Comes in packet so it can easily fit through your letterbox. They are big pills so keep that in mind. Since taking Lysine i havent had a Coldsore breakout which i would normally get maybe 4 times a year. Its so soul destroying when u get one on your mouth u cant disguise it so feel awful for days until it heals up which takes ages. Very good value brand will definitely buy from this Seller again.UPDATE: Still getting Coldsores one recently on my month for the first time in many months and I still get them in my nose. These pills have helped but have not elimated the problem unfortunately which is ashame. I will still keep buying them for now and hopefully they will continue to limit my breakouts. I am sure theirs only so much a supplement can do human nature will also play a part if your rundown, stressed or catch a Cold.

These are a fantastic price compared to what I was paying at Holland and Barrett . I get very bad coldsores and these keep them at bay if I feel one coming I just up the dose for a few days .

This was my second purchase. Both times my package arrived in good condition and promptly.

My only qualm about this product is the size of the tablets. I know it’s not a problem for others but, even cutting them in half has still had me choking. I have now started to crush them which isn’t too much of a bother. The positive side however, is that since taking these l-lysine tablets, I have not had one single cold sore! Also, not sure if it’s to do with taking these, my hair has become a lot thicker! I’m happy with my purchase.

Been using these for many years to combat cold sores. So far no cold sores.

Seem to contain what you need, however large pill not easy to swallow
