Waiting for hot water.
This product is VERY slow in heating water. My electrician husband could not believe just how slow. We purchased this product because we are traveling north for Christmas and could be dealing with bad weather. The product did arrive in a timelymanner.

This item is very cheaply made and doesn't even work properly. The cups are about the best thing about it, the rest is basically trash. Don't waste your money.
