Antenna is Everything. Small gamble, nice rewards.
I'm a ham radio operator, where antenna is everything. This is a simple improvement, but can be very effective. Proving that antenna is everything. With the included adapters this could be used on several radios. However, if you have a good quality counter top radio (eg. Tivoli or Sangean WR-22) or any radio with the threaded antenna receiver, pictured below; you could have a great improvement in FM reception and be very happy. On a quality tabletop FM radio as the WR-22 or a Tivoli, which is designed to have an external antenna, you'd see the greatest improvement. I have, and I leave my radio on nearly all day to FM classical, and it sounds great. For the price, it's not much of a gamble with a great return. Also, FM is directional. If at first your signal isn't clean, try pointing the antenna in other directions. Often this will clean up the signal. I bought 3.

Old school solution for poor reception solved the problem on my Bose.
This old school antenna worked better than the newer wire antennas and noticeably improved the reception on my Bose FM radio.

FM reception!
A simple solution to restore FM reception to my old (1990) Pioneer component stereo system. The original antenna having expired, I was looking for an unobtrusive, easy-to install replacement. It works well, and I now have great FM reception in my suburban neighborhood. With four different connection jacks, this will probably work for you too, just make sure to tighten the connections.

Unknown enhancement to my radio
Useable but get loosed easily. Added no noticeable enhancement to my radio.

Worthless...
Purchased a new receiver that did not include an antenna but still got decent reception without one. Decided to buy this to try and pull in more stations just to find out after installing it I lost my favorite stations I could get without it. It did totally the opposite of what it was supposed to be designed for so what good is it? I threw it in the trash.

Extras for connections were better than product
Bought it as an alternative antenna for the back of my radio in the garage as well as another unit. I liked the other unit better. This came in handy for the connections.

A little gem. Works very for me, on vintage Marantz, and friends RX series Yamaha amp. Good assortment of adapters, went from 0 connectivity to 100.
