What are the ingredients in this soap?

I don't know the scientific ingredients, but I can tell you it is gentle enough to use as often as you wish, but strong enough to remove eye & other make-up without pretreating with other products. I love the product. cig.

What is the best way to use this soap?

I have been using as a face soap for years because it is non-drying. You feel really clean but not tight or dry. With the exception of waterproof mascara, it gets off all your make up too. Use all over your body, you will love it. It is a great product.

Cleans even oily areas well with no drying or residue on skin. This makes your skin soft--very similar to the feel I get after a mud mask. Gentle enough to use everyday and doesn't make me break out. This is a great bar for fair skin with red areas as it decreases redness and evens out tone.
