I had a very small issue with my order. I called the number on the invoice - the call was answered almost immediately by Ron. What fantastic customer service - Ron immediately resolved my issue by having a replacement mailed out. I can tell that the product is indeed Estee Lauder. Came very well packaged and quickly too! Hassle free customer service is like gold these days and not many companies have it! I will absolutely be a returning customer and highly recommend to others. I've loved this mascara for some time. It doesn't clump, the lashes look separated, and there's little to no flaking throughout the day. What I have found is that the travel size seems to last just as long as the regular size, and that has more to do with how fast the product dries out rather than the quantity of goo inside. So you get a lot more bang for your buck by buying the small tubes - that's my experience anyway. My only little disappointment with this mascara is the huge wand. I have little eyes and would prefer a smaller wand.

I received a sample of this mascara when purchasing Estee Lauder foundation and I was hooked-and started buying it here regularly. The smaller size may be part of why it feels like this mascara feels like it's good from beginning to end. It doesn't get that old/clumpy/dry condition I felt like most mascaras do before it felt like they should. The wand works well for me and feels like it separates well. A 3-pack for essentially the price of one drug store brand felt good, too. I use make up remover sheets, and that does just fine for removal. Hard to comment on smudge-proof. I generally don't feel I have smudge issues at all. Good Product!!

It does clump a little so do not over do. Just one coat and pull the wand out once without reinserting the wand during application. It does come off ok with make up remover. I really like the size as it is so much nicer to work with and apply. I have tried many other products and they are terrible. I have been using estee lauder for years. I also apply eye cream or jell or my lotion under my eyes and on my eye lashes as well after I shower in the evening. That helps the lashes. This mascara does not run or flake. I live in a humid climate. I swim but do not go under water however if my face gets spashed there is no run and holds. Hope this helps. I recommend this for size and price and quality.

I love the 3 travel pack size as it is very convenient. No need to have one large mascara applicator that likely it will go dry before you can even finish the product. It last a long time and makes them super full and long.

I normally order a different mascara from Amazon that I've been using for maybe 10 years but suddenly they no longer have it. I saw this brand and decided to give it a try. I then found my brand online at Walmart but decided to wait on it since I had already order this. At first I wasn't sure that I liked this brand. The brush was much larger and the mascara seemed clumpy compared to what I was used to. But I scraped the brush better and used it for a couple of weeks and fell in love with it. What I used before took a few applications before getting the desired effect. This just takes 2, it seems better over all and comes off easy and doesn't flake. This is my new go to.

i love sumptuous extreme, its the best mascara ive used! HOWEVER, this isn’t a full size product, doesn’t come in a box and it clearly states its NOT for individual sale. I used to Beauty Advise for EL&while its authentic, the pricing of this is kind of wild considering they likely werent paid for iykwim.

Eccellente. Si tratta di un mascara che per l’effetto di infoltimento delle ciglia, per l’intensità del colore, per la fluidità nel metterlo non ha pari. Il prezzo che è medio alto è giustificato dalle ottime caratteristiche non ultima quella di non dare nessun tipo di allergia agli occhi diversamente da altri blasonati! Consiglio.

He comprado varias veces este producto y siempre ha tenido una excelente calidad, el tono negro es muy profundo, alarga las pestañas y no baja el enchinado de las mismas. Recomendable!

Llevo utilizándola mucho tiempo y para mí es una de las mejores. No se apelmaza y se mantiene impoluta todo el día. Deja las pestañas muy naturales.
