Caron H9700-9755 Simply Soft Solids Yarn, 6 oz, Sunshine

Caron Simply Soft is one of my favorite yarns, and this soft blue color is beautiful. I’m crocheting a blanket for my niece. The yarn is smooth, lightweight, and very easy to work with—perfect for both knitting and crocheting. It has a nice sheen and creates beautiful, even stitches with minimal splitting. It’s also extremely soft, making it great for wearables, blankets, and gifts. The 3-pack is a good value, and the color is true to the listing. I would definitely purchase this yarn again!

This yarn has always been a favorite! Crocheting with it is smooth and buttery feel. Flows easy, it can get snagged inbetween thread at times, but just watch out how you angle your hook, that helps. I love using metal hooks because it glides easier. Tho , to tie it off is an issue as it does come undone. How I remedied this is to take a lightier and burn it slightly fast over the 2 ends. It melts it quickly at the 2 ends of the tips. Blow it to cool then touch to tap it down and it’s perfect permanent lock. It’s so tiny the dot it’s practically invisible. But just practice before attempting your garment. I’m a pro now. lol The color? It looks lightier in the Ad , than in person! But it was ok with me as it’s the first time purchasing this Seashell color 61009 lot, Just because I found it pretty and wanted to have it. I have a screen shot of the advertisement of the seashell yarn and a photo and video of what I got! I’ll tell you, I LOVE the actual color in person!!!! So creamy rich! Gorgeous beige ,See video! We all know screens can be different and people’s taste varies from one to the next. But, I highly recommend this yarn and color!

Couldn’t love this yarn more. The gauge and size is perfect. It is buttery soft and has a nice shine to it when it’s all stitched in. Doesn’t tangle up or split and is high quality yarn. Have used simply soft so many times and it never disappoints

We bought this for my daughter to use on a blanket crochet project, she said the yarn was very soft, looked great on the finished product, but wasn't as thick as she thought it would be but that wasn't that big of a deal. It was easy to make good knots, and is very warm. The fabric is durable and wasn't fraying or clumsy. As mentioned the size of the thread was just a little smaller than she was expecting. The colors were vivid and exactly as shown in the images. We'd recommend this product!

soooo soft, easy to crochet with to make warm blankets or hats. it has some shimmer to it and it has great quality rolls

I made an afghan as a present for someone and it washed up so beautifully (inside a huge mesh laundry bag) that I was tempted to keep it! I did not need to block the afghan when completed, which is always good. However, I must say that this Caron brand yarn drove me kinda crazy, since it separates continuously when you're working with it. You have to make sure it doesn't twist, otherwise you'll spend half your time trying to keep it from getting stringy. I spent $5.66 on each skein, which I consider a decent price point, considering the pretty colors and softness. This self-striping Spring Brook "Paints" color was the main color of the afghan; the solid contrast color also separated, so I guess it's endemic to their "Simply Soft" line of yarns. If you have some patience then try this yarn, it's so soft you won't believe it.

The soft blue Caron Simply Soft Yarn is easy to work with and this color is beautiful! I will be ordering this product again and again for the baby blankets I make. The price is great.

I had this Caron Simply Soft pink yarn and had used it for a few different pieces I was crocheting. I ran out of it and was so glad to find it again so I could finish that piece and another piece that I was working on. It's beautiful yarn, soft, with a beautiful sheen to it.
