"They" wanted me to use a c-pap and I bought these instead. While not the solution for everyone, I wanted to ease into what seemed like a pretty drastic measure (I'm a very restless sleeper and thought I would almost certainly strangle myself in the night and was also concerned about the noise for my husband). These did the trick for me! I started sleeping soundly, waking up refreshed, and with no headache! I am never without them!

As the title says, these are my favorite nose strips. However you have to clean the oil off your nose before you put them on. I use a oil blotting sheet then use Witchhazel on a cotton round then they will stick really well. But get the tan ones because the clear ones do not adhere very well no matter what you do.

I snore loudly enough at night that my wife either beats me all night or makes me sleep in the guest bed. It got bad enough for me to begin experimenting with ways to fix it. Mind you, I'm not overweight and I am in good shape, so losing weight isn't a solution. These strips were the first thing I tried. They worked instantly. The first night I used them my wife never heard me. I could feel my nasal passage open up when I put them on. They continued to work every single night I've used them. I wipe the bridge of my nose before I put them on so there are no oils and they stick with no issue. I haven't had one fall off yet. So why 4 stars and not 5? My only complaint with them is they are too sticky. They did rip the skin off after about 3 weeks and I had a scab for a few days. Once that healed I used warm water on a rag every morning to remove them and I haven't had an issue since. Minor inconvenience for a very sticky product. It's been a few months now of using them and I don't have any complaints.Another benefit of them I noticed is when you are congested from allergies, these can help open up your nasal passages.

When they stick, they work great, but the issue is they don't often stick properly. I think the packaging doesn't help, because when you open the strip packaging, this often bends the wings of the strip, and this would create a gap that lifts off the skin and then it unsticks from there.

So I’ve been using a similar product from a company with the initials BR on their package. I was okay with that other brand, but they definitely left a sticky residue on the bridge of your nose when you removed them.When I first tried these, I was worried they weren’t sticky enough, but I wiped off my nose (getting any excess oil) and applied. The strip stayed right in place all night long and kept my nasal passages open (and snore free). The great thing about these is when you take it off in the morning there’s no residue to clean up. They come off easily without the goo.Definitely a superior product!

I've been having a hard time sleeping with my husband loud snoring even with ear plugs . Those were so helpful he still snore from time to time but it helped him breath better snore less. This is my 3rd box and will keep buying it until we find solutions for his snores . And also I got walmart brand it dont stick like those and we also got the magnetic one also didn't work . Those are the best

They're okay, but could stick better. Yes, I wash/dry my nose/face before applying. At first it sticks well, but within half an hour the part with the metal strip is no longer sticking well, and soon it's only sticking by the tabs. After about 4 hours, I'll wake up and one side has completely pulled off.I blame the metal strip being too strong. So, I have started to make a slight crease in the middle (bending it where it at the bridge of the nose). I only need the slightest of pull on the outside of the nose to give me comfort, so this works well, AND it stays stuck all night long.UPDATE: I tried another brand that came with a bunch of tiny alcohol wipes. Although their strips don't work so great, the alcohol wipes end up making THESE strips work perfectly (without having to bend them). I wash, dry, then wipe with the alcohol, dry, then apply these strips and they stay stuck very well all night. Takes a good pull to remove it in the morning.UPDATE #2: Okay, so it is a major improvement using alcohol to prep the skin. Ever wonder why a bandaid from the doctors office stays on so snug and so long? Because they swabbed the area with alcohol! I don't even need to use soap/water on my nose before putting these strips on now. Just a quick wipe with the little alcohol wipes I got from the other brand and now these extra strength ones stay on all night long, and require a good tug to remove them in the morning. HINT to the manufacturer ;)
