Best mustard out there
As a life long mustard lover, my first time trying Edmond Fallot brand was life changing. Their mustard is AMAZING quality. It has the prefect amount of spicy and tangy. The Tarragon flavor is to die for in chicken salad. It was packed really well and came undamaged. I will definitely be ordering again.

Great product, really tasty
Beautiful balance of tangy and herbal flavor. Smooth texture. The tarragon gives the flavor an unusual depth. I've enjoyed with roasted chicken and sandwiches. For salads I mix a spoon of it into vinaigrette.

Broken seal
I was excited to gift this to my mustard loving brother but it arrived leaking with a broken seal :(

Yummy
This tarragon mustard has a really nice balance — smooth, tangy, and just the right hint of herbs. It’s great on chicken, sandwiches, or mixed into dressings. Adds a little something special without being overpowering.

Stiff consistency for recipes,
Excellent specialty product. We use it for a specific salad dressing recipe. 1/2 cup olive oil, 4 tbs white balsamic vinegar. 3 teaspoons of Edmond Fallet tarragon mustard, I teaspoon dried tarragon,one to two tbs honey, salt and pepper, will it together yo get solid creamy consistency and you are done. Delicious! Note this mustard has a stiff consistency vs most mustard. This is Normal. Have bought many times in France and many times from Amazon. Excellent product!

Poor quality
Lid had been damaged, seal was broken & the contents had leaked. (See pics) The mustard has a spoiled smell. Poor quality all around. On an up note, shipping was right on time.

Good dijon with a mellow hit of tarragon
I ordered this mustard to use in a chicken dish for the sauce. I think you could use it interchangeably in a lot of instances where you would use regular dijon. The tarragon flavor is not overwhelming but a nice addition. I also used this in a salad dressing which was excellent.

It was not sealed when it arrived? However it smells as delicious as I remembered. If you love Tarragon you will definitely be over the moon with this!
