Works with Ubuntu and costs less than the C910.
It is the perfect webcam for me - HD and works with Linux. If you are a windows person, you would need the C910 (c as in consumer versus b as in business). The c910 is the same hardware, but includes software for more money. The webcam works with Ubuntu without the consumer software.

Does not work with latest mac OS
Do not buy if you're getting for a Mac. Specifically the latest OS version of the Mac. It does not and will not run. This page is false information and should be updated or deleted. If you go on the actual Logitech page for this it makes no mention of the Mac Operations System in terms of System Requirements. Works fine on a PC, not a mac running MacOS Sierra. If you're buying this and planning to updated, you're getting a very expensive paperweight. If you have a PC, by all means, it works great, but this page is just lying to everyone thinking they'll get a working webcam for mac.

Recommended... Slight delay between movement and audio present, but still very good.
When I was shopping for a PC camera for my Mac at 720p resolution, I was looking for a camera that would provide a crystal-clear image AND would not result in delayed movement vis-a-vis audio. I found most HD (720p or higher) cameras could provide a clear picture, as long as you did not move or talk --with a delay of a fraction of a second to more than a second when moving (say talking). This camera almost meets these two requirements --it does provide a clear picture, it adapts well to bright days (but not too bright, when sun shinning you need to draw the curtains to avoid a washed out image, darker rooms and night-time Skype are handled very, very well, and takes care of movement fairly well --but by no means is perfect and exhibits a delay, of say 1/5th or so of a second, which you do notice if you pay attention, but it is not, at least very annoying (say if I connected a miniDV camera to my computer, which I cannot use permanently as a solution as it only transmits an image when the tape is running as I record, there are no noticeable delays...).Physically, the camera is well built, has a very nice plastic 'door'/cover that can be attached, and has a nice blue LED rim that turns on when software is using it. It has a solid arm that wraps around my monitor, or can be left on top of the table as well.

Not a Good Webcam, But a Truly Great Youtube Art Cam
This camera was accidentally made by Logitech to a higher standard. It can autofocus on anything, anywhere with the kind of smoothness that takes your breath away. It will show all your scars and pimples and shaving cuts if you use it for Zoom calls, but if you use it to show just how you sculpt the forehead of a Warhammer Orc or trim the foliage of your bonsai tree, then you will be in cheap camera that-you-didn't-know-you-needed heaven.

Wide field of coverage, Clear image, but I appear as red as the devil
MS Teams has no filters to color correct, but Zoom does. However, the majority of my work meetings are on Teams, so I have to explain that I did not fall into a vat of red dye.

Good quality camera but was advertised as new and it was an already opened box
I like the camera, I don't know if it is worth the money because it is my fist webcam, but when I bought it from Info-Tech, it was supposed to be a new one, not a opened box. There was also a bunch of glue on the camera itself, like if someone removed a sticker and some glue remained.

Great for Skype
I just got it a couple days ago so I will follow up with more info here as I test it later.I intentionally did NOT install any Logitec software at all.. and strictly wanted to use the Windows 7 64Bit internal drivers so there would be no potential conflicts. I also use a external Headset and Microphone and the combination works superb on Skype.. simply plugging in the webcam's USB cable auto-loads the installed the internal Windows driver and the image was superb, and it allows for several options in the Skype Advanced setting dialogue box.I am not 100% sure if it was broadcasting 1080p .. but am sure the Auto-focus feature in the camera works fine since i was able to get very close to Pill Bottles an read the prescriptions .. as well as back out and see the room clearly behind me..even in pretty low light at night. The image that I see of myself is much better that the MS 5000 Webcam I just gave to a friend for $20 in exchange.I need to call myself on the iPad and see if it is as clear there too.. my brother said it was great.. but what does he know (LoL).One thing I was disappointed to find out tho is that you (or someone in your group) have to pay Skype $56 in advance for 12 months of group Video Chat ...and it can not include mobiles or iPad's.. aargh. So I am going to try it with Google Plus's Hangouts next, since it is free, and it does support group video with iPhones and Android devices (as well as PC's like Skype does) but it does it for free..By the way the heavy lead? folding clip at the base of the webcam is really easy to clip over the top of a LCD Monitor and is stable as heck..I like that tooFun stuff.. i like it a lot so far.. hope you do too.. No Logitech drivers for Windows 8
Purchased the B910 HD webcam based on Microsoft stating to be compatible with Microsoft Lync and Skype, and also because Logitech has this webcam listed as compatible with Windows 8. However, drivers from Logitech are not for Windows 8. In an attempt to resolve the problem the Logitech drivers for Windows 7 were downloaded and installed in compatibility mode. The webcam didn’t work. Logitech support has stated the B910 HD webcam is discontinued and they “might” come up with some drivers for Windows 8. I also installed the B910 with the default Windows drivers and I tried using it with the Windows 8 Camera App but ,it didn’t work, I got a 1-2 seconds image and that’s all. After one week of troubleshooting I have returned the webcam so that I can get the c930e, a newer business model that appears to be “fully” compatible with Windows 8.
