Nikon? Lenspen? Lousy!
I ordered this product: Nikon Lens and Digital SLR Camera Cleaning Kit with Cloth + Lenspen SensorKlear Loupe Cleaning Kit for D4S, D810, D800, D610, D7100, D7000, D5300, D5200, D3300, D3200 , but I received the SensorKlear Loupe Kit Elite (see https://www.amazon.com/Lenspen-NSKLK-1-SensorKlear-Loupe-Kit/dp/B003CZ5W1M/ref=cm_rdp_product). The review below applies to the kit I received, but since this kit looks identical except for the branding, I'll include that review here.I followed the instructions with the kit, but the Lenspen SensorKlear Loupe Kit was a disaster for my DSLR sensor. The loupe was OK, allowing one to locate the dust specks (however, I later purchased the Carson Camera Sensor Magnifier - 4.5 x 30mm (SM-44) and that loupe gave a much clearer image). The blower was too weak to move any of the 7 (3 large and 4 small) dust specks I started with, though some moved around (I later purchased the Giottos AA1900 Rocket Air Blaster Large - Black and found it somewhat more effective). The pen just made things worse and worse. Initially it reduced the 7 large dust specks to about 2 big ones. Then, after chasing those, I was left with about 5 medium-sized specs. After that, every try made things worse (I quit after try 4). The Lenspen left more residue than it removed. I used the blower before and after every step, but it didn't help significantly. The process took the camera from flawed to unusable. The user caution on the box says it all: "IMPORTANT: If you have any doubt about your ability to clean the sensor then do not take the risk of doing it yourself. Take your camera to an authorized Service Center. Parkside Optical Inc., assumes no responsibility for any damage to the sensor during the cleaning process." Unfortunately, I started with little doubt and suffered the consequences.Addendum: The good news is that I didn't actually damage the sensor cover. I can still move around all my dust!BTW, another product promotion says "SAFE - FAST - EASY", which I have also learned to ignore. Finally, I found a pro-photographer's blog describing his experiences with sensor cleaning. I feel better knowing that other competent photographers have trouble with this process, too. Google "outdoor photographer sensor-clean" to see this realistic note. The NIKON cleaning kit might perform better with different circumstances and techniques, but for me it was a disaster.ADDENDUM 7/29/16: I was saved from this pickle by New Durable 6 Pcs Wet Sensor Cleaning Kit CMOS CCD Cleaner SWAB for Camera DSLR . I highly recommend that product.

A Necessity for the Do-It-Yourself Crowd
Just purchased a D600, knew about potential dust issue, not a deal breaker since I purchased it from Costco ( get 89 days to test it out or get a full refund if not satisfied). Haven't had to use it on my Nikon yet, so I tested it on my older Olympus 4/3rds body, works like a charm. I mainly shoot outdoors, I usually change lenses several times per shoot, used to and expect some dust to creep in no matter how careful I am. I've been shooting off and on for about 20yrs now, before every shoot I do an equipment check, that check includes lens cleaning and sensor cleaning if necessary, this is a great kit !!

So unremarkable I recommend reading other reviews, then judge.
I had rather unremarkable results with this kit. Don't necessarily recommend nor not recommend. Read other reviews, then judge.

Nice tool - somewhat cheap in quality - probably wouldn't recommend to a pro or friend
