Very effective!
I used this to remove the old, worn coat of Tilex product and ground in dirt from my bathroom floor. I did have to scrub each section with a nylon scouring pad, as instructed, but it worked! The 2 new coats of sealer make the floor look great again!

the best grout and texture tile cleaner
I tried so many different brands from supermarket to Home Depot stuff. Nothing works for my kitchen tiles. Except this Heavy Duty Stripper Cleaner. It works and I have to say it is the best for my kitchen tiles. I put/spay some and let it sits for at least 15~20 minutes. And I used a heavy duty brush to scrub around to make sure every bit is clean. Then mop it all up and rinsed. I recommend to go get a very good grout and tile sealer and put it on afterward. At least you don't need to do it again for 10 to 15 years depending on your sealer and wearing. And do NOT get and waste your money on the grout/tile (no heavy duty) cleaner that is made from the same company TILElab. It is not the same thing.

waste of money
This product is not what is advertised for which one is removing stain & built up from the tiles such as Saltillo tiles. I tried it with different combinatin of water but even 50/50 was not effective. I cannot even return it as it says unreturnable due to special packaging or ... BS, I can send it back the same way I received it. Nothing special about it. NEVER buy from them again. waste of money.

THE BEST TILE CLEANER EVER
Really....... can't believe someone really gave this product only one star...for me it's the best, I just finish cleaning my tile and was soooooo impress I had to write a review, I mix mines a little stronger than what the bottle said because I had a lot of wax build up so I mix one part cleaner to three parts water and let it sit on the floor for about 15mins then I use a mop and wipe it,i thought I was gonna need a brush but I realize I didn't, after buying all types of products that didn't work I finally decided to look on Amazon and was happy I did..... thanks Amazon ur the best, I'm sure gonna be ordering another bottle as I don't want to be out of this cleaner

Removes light grout
I’ve used this product quite a few times. I use an electric scrubber yearly and it really cleans the tile and grout. It also gets lite grout from the tiles that weren’t cleaned properly when the tile was installed.

Best product ever
This has to be the best product for cleaning your tile floors. I put sealer on my tile floors years ago and they started turning yellow so I tried to take it off but nothing helped. You have to leave it on for a short time to soften the sealer and use a scraper or brush to soften it up. Its a bit of a hassle but once you get them clean I use it diluted to keep my floors clean. This is the only place I can find this product

... extra money for some other cleaning supplies that could better do the job
Bought this to clean the tub and tiles in our bathroom since we had guests coming I thought I'd fork out the extra money for some other cleaning supplies that could better do the job. Unfortunately, I would have been better off buying a gallon of bleach from the dollar store like I usually do because I couldn't tell a difference.
