Gentle sleepiness. Non addictive. No hangover. I take 3 pills at bedtime. Don't eat right before taking. Take on a mostly empty stomach for full potency. On difficult nights you could add one more pill without oversleeping concerns.

It's definitely gave me energy and clarity of mind for about 4 hrs. It has side effects like head ache and joint pain. I only took it 2 days and the head ache lasted 4 days. Way to strong for me

Yes it works, but if you have high blood pressure proceed with caution. My blood pressure was elevated at my doctors office. It was 190/99 heart rate 124. My doctor told me to stop taking it immediately. This amino acid could elevate blood pressure in some people.
