Swamp Treat Swimming Pool Algae Eliminator

As you can see above I attach pictures the first one showing off the bottles name was done and we let the pool sit for 24 hours the second picture was of the second day after 24 hours as you can see no difference I did exactly what it said on the bottle I would definitely suggest you to save your money and not buy this product this product was a bit expensive to me I should have just spent the money on shock but lesson learned.

I first tried this product about 10 years ago. It was recommended by my pool store. Swamp Treat works great. I have a 50,000 gallon pool and two usually does the trick. It just works in combination with the shock. All of the algae will die and drop to the bottom once I add flocculent. I then vacuum to waste and I am pretty much done.

I live in Indiana and my pool was green for a solid month. I put in hundreds of dollars of chemicals and spent tons of time trying to vacuum to waste. I put this product in with two cases of chlorine. Like magic, the next morning it was blue. I only gave it four stars because the water is still cloudy but it definitely kills all of the algae! Wish I would have known about this product before I spent tons of money on all of the floc products that I tried to use.

I use this product and I love it. I don't use it exactly as directed. First I clean the pool, then add the Swamp treat. About 15 minutes later I super chlorinate. I then run the pool overnight. I may have to vacuum the bottom again, depending on how bad the green was. Algae totally gone until I or the pool equipment mess up again.

Did not work, instructions say 1 container for every 20k gallons. Says sweep pool and put in.When company was told it did not work they said we did not follow directions. We did follow directions product did not work snd they won’t replace or refund!!! Buyer be ware

Did not work in the advertised 24 hr time period. Worth a. Try but Standard chlorine and shock were better.

I received this package, opened it up and it was one solid chunk. I broke it apart and it didn’t even fill 1/3rd of the container. As I began to sprinkle in the pool, I quickly treasured I was out of product. Clearly an issue with the company it came from because I bought this last year and it worked great.

Had a pool with walls all green of algae. Follow instructions and in 24 hours clear blue pool.
