Good for overall Women's wellness
Good for overall women wellness. I have it on empty stomach. This is how I make it, at night I add 1tsp of cumin, fennel, ajwain, methi, cinnamon stick, two cloves and spearmint in a glass along with warm water and let it rest overnight and i consume this water on an empty stomach the next mrng. It definitely helps with your mood swings, periods, digestion, skin texture improvement. I have seen visible changes within a week. Consistency is the key and always check what suits u and proceed with caution. This routine suits me well and hope it helps others. The quality is very good and so far didn't find any issues.

OMG this is the best tea for anyone who are suffering from PCOS and PCOD, believe me it works like a magic ✨. I'm writing this review after using it for more than 3 months. And now I'm having my regular periods. But you have to do it with consistency and along with it try some yoga aur exercise. The best part of it was it doesn't require too much quantity a small quantity of it can make a perfect cup of tea. Somehow I don't like the taste because I'm a 'milk tea' person. Overall experience was great. I would love to recommend it. Please give it a try ❤️❤️❤️
