21" Classic Carry-On

This is a very well-made case, and very stylish. I am a very frequent flyer and have high expectations that it will be my travel companion for many years. It also has more capacity than I initially thought (but be aware that it is a hard case which means it won’t stretch, so you can't overpack it). I looked at many suitcases before I settled on this one. The Aleon stood out in all comparisons, in terms of the total sum of quality of fabrication, style and price. Also, I had an interaction with the Aleon seller in California regarding a minor issue, and they responded immediately and were super-helpful, which bodes well and makes it all so much more enjoyable. There is a lot of cheaply-made luggage out there, this one is different.

Wheel broke off on second trip.

This is a wonderfully constructed piece of luggage! It is absolutely beautiful - perfect!

Internally spacious and great as a carry-on for week trips, but after a year and a half the screws are falling out. Cheap stuff is expected to fall apart under regular (ab)use, but a hard case like this should be more durable.

Excellent luggage. Very good quality, solid, construction, and multiple colors to choose from. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased the Aleon 21 inch Aluminum Carry-on hard side which appears to be very well built…..but on my first trip one of the locks malfunctioned so I was forced to use it during the trip with only one latch closed [the other would not close]. During that trip I contacted Jerry of their customer service department who was very helpful. He immediately fedexed a new latch to me and explained how to replace it. Thank you Jerry! Again, the carry-on itself appears to be of a much higher quality construction than the quality of the locks, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. But their customer service is 5 star!

the thing started falling apart on the 3 trip (RDU-SEA-YVR). I'm a front of the aircraft traveler - this carry-on didn't leave my side. But i had to go back to the baggage carousel to look for the missing wheel! then i found that ALL THE WHEELS WERE COMING OFF! i tighten them all. AND THEY ALL CAME UNDONE! WTH! how much do i have to pay for something i thought should last - at least for a couple years. WTF! $300 more and I am thinking the wheels don't come off! THIS IS NOT NOT NOT "BUILT TO LAST"!

The color turned out to be a nice one, thinking about buying one more.
