I had a problem with this item at first that the seller immédiatly took care of in an extraordinary way by immediatly replacing the dryer. This is the best functioning and best priced dryer anywhere. It has a very low soft level that allows me to dry my small dogs head without him crumbling in fear. He actually sat down and enjoyed being dried with this at a low level. It is not necessary to use the high velocity unless you have Large heavy double coated dogs. The variable velocity is fantastic for skittish dogs. It has a two step heater that is not needed because it blows warm air without any heat. Unless you are grooming outside where it is very cold, just the heat from the air works perfectly. I searched every unit out there until I found this. It is very well made and works better than expected. I highly recommend this to anyone that grooms at home. It is better than the Air Force commander my professional groomer uses. I highly recommend this. I am especially impressed at the range of velocity from very low to very high wind speeds. My dogs look fluffy as if done by a pro. I look forward to years of use. I cannot see anyone needing to use this any higher than middle velocity for a dog. The high speed would only be useful if drying a motorcycle or car and too much for a furry friend. It is very quiet at low speeds and acceptable at higher increments. Great customer service.

The experience is completely customizable because of the wind speed, air control, and heat settings! Turn it down to do their faces! Turn it all the way up for thick coats. Because of al other great settings dogs have the best experience possible. Dogs that don’t like the dryer even like this one! The hose is very long for ease of use but also retracts when you’re done with it for easy storage. This will cut your drying time in half and make your dogs very fluffy! Dogs look great when they leave because this is the best dryer we’ve ever had! It’s also not as loud as most dryers we’ve had! Shipping was fast, this is a great seller!

I could never say enough about this product. It is fantastic. I had an old metro that just didn’t blow very strong anymore n I broke down n ordered this one. I use it almost daily as a taxidermist to blow out washed birds and mammals like lifesize bears, fox, lynx n bears. I can’t believe the power. It cuts my dry time from an hour to 15 minutes. Blower is constructed of solid heavy duty materials with great adjustable settings for heat and strength of blowing. Also hose is heavy duty yet way more flexible than last machine. Plus it retracts when turned off to a very short length making it very compact to store yet extends very long to be able to walk around animal as I dry without having to pick up the machine. I’ve never given such a solid review for anything! This is the blower to buy!!!

I enjoy using this dryer because of the different setting and it’s convenient. However I bought mine less than a year ago and right now it seems to blow dry up to the speed you adjust it to. But when you adjust the speed to high it used to start high when you turned it on but now it’s staring at a low speed and 5-10 mins in the dryer if process it finally kicks in to the set speed. I’m not sure why it’s doing this this just started. As a dog groomer I am worried it will just not turn on at all mid groom and I will be stuck with a half dried and wet dog🤦🏽‍♀️ Please help any advice would be appreciated.

I'm impressed with the drying power of this unit. It is capable of drying a large 120lb German Shepherd. It is a bit loud, but it is a trade-off that I'm willing to live with to get the drying power. Additionally, all of the included attachments are useful.The two minor complaints that I have is that the power cord should be longer and there should be some sort of cord management on the unit. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase so far.

I had to send it back. It worked fine, too loud for my sensitive Aussie.

I love this product. I have a golden retriever and when we live her a bath, trying to dry her off is about impossible. I have watched other videos on grooming and I chose this dryer for all the pros and not cons. It has a lot of power at the turn of a dial. My dog loves being warm instead of being cold drying off. Speed and warmth controls are great. And it has amazing power. There is plenty of length on the hose and you can change nozels is a second. The whole machine is very well made. Heavy duty is a plus. Thanks for making my life easier.

Force dryer runs great! Product is exactly what was pictured. This dryer has changed my life drying my standard poodle! Easy to use and nice and powerful. Several options for heat and power levels. Shipped very fast. Product didn't have a hose attachment in box that was supposed to be included, and when I called they were very courteous and shipped the other attachment nozzle immediately!
