Mouth Clean Feeling!
So far so good! I did also buy the foamy toothpaste from this line. It's late at night. I was tired. Brushed my teeth right after a quick dinner while getting ready for shower & bed. Used 3 times. 2 with the whole mouth piece and one with the single Brush head. I swiveled it around like the instructions said. I love it. My gums feel massaged, my mouth feels very clean and mint-like. Im happy. I will use it twice each time I use it. So 2 times morning and night. It just about got everything. I wish they made a tongue attachment.* comes charged out the box! I did charge it some before I used it. Seems durable. I like the price. 1 whole mouth brush large and 1 little one, plus a floss looking instrument.

ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE! ! !
I've been fortunate to have good teeth/hygiene most of my life without the need for regimented brushing... in the past, until I hit my later 40s, I could get away with brushing every other day (haven't had a cavity or any gum issues in 3 decades) but as I approached 50, it all started to change, and I began to feel the frequent build-up of crud on my teeth if I did not brush. Yes, I was spoiled of having great genetic hygiene in my youth, so I was looking for a simple solution that I could use on the go - well, this is not that "solution" and I don't know how it rec'd even 3.5 stars... Maybe the folks who have been as lucky as me not to have hygiene issues in the past think this toy works... but for anyone who needs to be cognizant of their teeth/hygiene decline - this is not the answer. You'd have better results using your finger and toothpaste in combination with Listerine.... this garbage device isn't even worth not brushing your teeth as the outcome would be no different.. Do I love the concept? Absolutely, but my wanting to believe it should work, doesn't make it a reality. The only reality you will receive from purchasing this product is the financial loss you will suffer if you fail to return the product before the prime deadline expires... I typically don't write responses but felt compelled as a sophisticated buyer who as a family spends thousands a month on Amazon - this product is a complete utter waste of money!

Autism must have!
I purchased this for my 25yr old autistic son. He has had an electric toothbrush for years, but it just wasn't doing a good job for him. He could only tolerate the vibration for short amount of time. He also kept missing areas of his mouth and his gum line was always "gross" and often bleed.I bought this toothbrush with low expectations. But to my surprise nearly a year later, I vow to NEVER use a different type of toothbrush for him again! His teeth are soo clean, his gums are more healthy, they no longer bleed and there is no "gross" stuff along the gum line. His dentist even commented on the huge difference! She asked what brush we're using, so she can recommend them to her other patients! I've also recommended it to several other special needs parents. I will admit it is a bit difficult to clean, but I've discovered that if you put the mouthpiece into a cup with water and let it sit for a bit then the toothpaste rinses right off. I also use dental appliance cleaner tablets to sanitize it. This toothbrush is a game changer!!

Not great, but ok for those w/executive dysfunction/disabilities
The media could not be loaded. I'm a little conflicted on this one. The first 45 second pass (this product's own prescribed amount of time for a "deep" clean) that I tried with this felt like it did not clean at all. So, I started recording a video for this review to show exactly what the super soft bristles are doing to the teeth. I probably "brushed" 2 or 3 more times in doing so for the video. And after that, I'll admit, my teeth did feel much cleaner. But you can absolutely see in my video that this does not clean your teeth well. It does not get in between your teeth at all. The soft bristles glide over your teeth parallel to them. I'd think to get any sort of cleaning action the bristles would have to get to a place where they are perpendicular to the teeth and be a bit stiffer.I tried to record another video to show how I load the brush with toothpaste, but learned you're only allowed 1 video. So I took screenshots of the video and hope those are helpful. Remember that with regular toothpaste, only a pea sized amount is needed unless using Sensodyne or other specialized toothpastes. With the nature of this mouth tray, you'll want that pea sized amount to be pretty evenly dispersed across the whole length, in both bottom and top trays. You can disperse it in a thin layer by threading the toothpaste opening through the ridge/channel/grooves to get down into the mouth tray. Then as the tray is in your mouth, move the tray side to side. All that being said, is it better than nothing? Sure. I bought this for my own executive dysfunction issues having ADHD. So if you have found that you just can't bring yourself to fully, deep clean brush your teeth on a daily basis, I'd say go for it. At the price of around $40, it's more accessible than other electric toothbrushes out there. Use this as often as you need to have low functioning days, then strive to use a better toothbrush maybe on the weekend, or once/day.As my boyfriend suggests, this brush may also be a better option to take camping or on a trip. I feel like our Sonicare is just as portable/usable on the go as this, so idk what he's talking about lol. Maybe takes up less space. I'd for sure use this whole driving or running out the door though, much more suitable for that than a full toothbrush. Just something to think about. And if you're a care taker for someone with dementia, or on the autism spectrum, or any other disability that has reduced a person's ability to care for themselves (as I've seen mentioned in some reviews), do not feel bad for using this if it can make your day even just a little bit easier or less stressful. You deserve to have easier access to care for yourself or another. You're doing great and you're doing enough.
