This is very helpful for me to prevent inflammation in my gums. Whenever I forget to take it in night upon going to bed, I wake up with my gums swollen, and the teeth are not as clean as they were when I brushed them before going to bed. If I take this, then not only my gums are not swollen, but also my teeth are smooth feel like I just brushed them although a whole night has passed! My dental hygienist also said she sees the difference and that my gums looks healthy. Before using this product, although I brush my teeth well, the hygienist always told me that my gums are swollen, bleedy and inflamed.

I read about these in a magazine and decided to try it because I noticed sometimes my breath was a little funky despite how well I flossed my teeth. I will say these worked quite well they're a little slow and just a little bit of hygiene peroxide is released each night but you should follow the directions for them to work properly overtime. i'm on my third rotation of purchases so I've seen results in my teeth being brighter!

Product helped my gum issues

I’ve been using ProBiora for about 5 years now. First of all, my hygienist noticed a difference! I’m not big on a strong mint flavor, which this product doesn’t have. It’s a very pleasant, light mint flavor. No “muck mouth” in the morning anymore! Love this product! It works!

I let this dissolve on my mouth right after brushing my teeth before bed as directed. The taste was fine, it didn't irritate my mouth or anything. I was excited to add something healthy to my evening routine. By midnight I woke up with one of the most painful, burning, swelling, dry sore throats of my life! I looked in the mirror and my tonsils were BLOOD RED with yellow patches. I brushed my teeth again, used mouthwash, and took a throat lozenge. Nothing helped the pain. I made hot tea, then exhausted, finally went back to sleep. Well, I'm up this morning and my throat is still killing me. Maybe I had an allergic reaction? But after reading some reviews, it looks like a pretty coming side effect. I'm calling into work today, it's that bad. Hope this doesn't happen to you. I'm regretting this purchase, BOTH bottles are going in the trash.

Dentist says its great for my oral health. I haven't noticed much of a change in the 1.5 months that I've used it, but if the dentist says its helping, then I'll take her word on it.

Love it!!! But won't know for a while if they lighten my teeth or not, have only taken for a week. Trying to take twice a day. Your mouth needs to stay clean for it to work. It's helped me cut down on snacking! Not its intended purpose, but this is what's happened with me. So I'm slimming down too, I love it! Lol! The Probiotic dose is low, so I've ordered the Evora Pro, although more expensive, a vial has 90 tablets, so will last a while.
