What's Not to Like?
Just like the ones at my gym, except in fabulous hot pink! I decided I need to do more ab work at home, so I use this as I watch TV to do situps. Really does help keep correct form. My only hmmmm observation is that the included instructions said to position the mat backwards of how my trainers have always told me--trainers say with the writing towards your head, instructions show pictures with writing facing towards feet. I find the way my trainers have always told me to be more comfortable to my lumbar curve so I keep doing that.

Great for mixing up ab workouts
This is great for ab workouts! I had surgery and was very limited in what exercising I could do. I started an ab routine every other day (along with a clean eating plan and upper body strength workouts), and I lost inches around my waist and my “pooch” went down significantly within a week. Very satisfied with this product.

Pretty good
The abmat color is a great pink and the cushion is somewhat getting thinner after a month use. I hope this does not rip. It's a great mat for handstands and headstand push ups, yoga and sit ups. Hope it will last more than 6 months.

Great abmat
We purchased this after a lengthy search, looking for quality, price, and functionality. This one for that profile and it's living up to its name so far.One downside is the seams can "pop" if too much weight is placed on it at one time. We use this for sit ups and as a cushion while doing lunges with weigt.

I am not usually a lover of pink and this is def pepto bismol pink but I don't mind, I wanted a little color in my garage gym. And buy having a pink mat my husband wont use it, muah ah ah

Get one of these and start doing ab work!
I LOVE this a mat. I am in my 50s and hate sit-ups. This mat really give me the ability to do all sorts of ab work.The color is adorable, the comfort is also very nice.

A solid 3.5 stars - does a pretty good job once you buy and add the accessory pad
These are pretty good both for crunch work on the floor and for some assisted hyperextensive stretching of the back, to provide some elevatioh for gravity-assisted shoulder stretches, and for behind your back to keep the curve if you're doing leg raises on one of those elbow-supported devices although it's tricky to keep it in position.Not good on a hard floor without the accessory sleeve. Both of these items are pretty expensive for what they are and the pelvis pad should be neatly built in, anyway. it could Velcro on in case anyone ever wants to take it off -- and it should be about twice as thick. But overall this system of two pieces works for a price. I'd give it 3.5 stars instead of 4 if that were possible.
