Flute Music of the Baroque: For Flute and Piano (Woodwind Solo)

First mailing I only got the accompaniment part. Had to re order to get the flute music.

This is a great book of Baroque music. There is music included from some of the lesser known (or popular) Baroque era composers. I believe that this book gives a very good blend of musical styles within the era. I would have to say that the music level is for upper intermediate to advanced students due to the more difficult rhythm patterns and musical timing (think Bach). I would recommend this book for anyone who likes or wants to play music from this era.

I have had this book for many years and I need to replace my old copy. I did not get the flute part that I need!

It's good to try and teach yourself with. I don't have a good memory, so having all these notes is challenging and a great way to keep your mind sharp. Oh well, stuff like this are keys to fight against Alsheimer's. It's working, I don't have the disease.

I teach private music lessons and this is one of the best books for flute players that I have come across. Will work embouchure, fingers, and improve technique and tone. I would highly recommend this for any serious flute student all the way through advanced flautists.

Very good music, my daughter's flute teacher recommended it.Be careful to buy used, ask the seller if the flute sheet music, the one on the left. Frequently, the flute only scores which should be as separate pages are missing. You may get piano parts, then flute scores as fine print. The complete set should be the flute scores and piano parts with flute score as fine print

I loaned my flute part to this, that I've had since high school in the 80s, to a student, and now it's gone forever. So I was glad to see Amazon had it. It's exactly perfect. This is a great book that I like to put students in.

The flute solo part is missing :(

This book was missing the flute insert. It had the flute part only with the piano accompaniment, making the book virtually impossible to use for a flutist.
