This fixed a continuous belt toaster. The existing switch no longer functioned. Easy fix, pop out the old, pull off the wire connectors, connect the wires to the new switch, and pop it in. Note: This switch lights up when there is power to the device, NOT when the switch is turned on.

These switches are advertised as double pole, single throw switches, which can be hard to find. I was glad to find them available. However, was disappointed that they did not come with any sort of wiring instructions or diagram and even more disappointed that they do not in fact function as double pole switches.If you are needing a true double pole switch (that will turn on two independent circuits, simultaneously) then DO NOT BUY they do not function this way, no matter how they are wired.

For myself this switch serves as an on off switch for a deep submersible water well. If one isn't familiar with the description basically it turns on and off two electrical currents at the same time. Think of a light switch, on, off. I chose this particular switch because of it's rated amp load.Please call a licensed electrician if you aren't experienced.

Had to replace the on/off switch on the treadmill. This is working as intended.
