I have a really thick Pilates mat, over 1cm in depth, and the original elastic strap had perished and lost its stretch. I was looking for a non elastic strap so I wouldn’t have the same problem. This is the only one I could find that was long enough to do the job. With the first fabric strap I tried, so much of the length was used up just looping around the end there wasn’t enough left to reach the other end! This isn’t as quick and easy as an elastic strap but only takes a few more seconds and will last forever. Very happy 👍😊
