Flip Rear Sight for Picatinny Rail Matte

I bought a 30 cal Phantom suppressor from Yankee Hill Machine in 2010 or so... I've been a customer ever since. If you need bomb proof parts for your rifle and you don't want to put junk parts on it...YHM is the company you need to look into. Every rifle I've put together sence that first has had YHM parts and pieces. No plastic in these sights...all steel...all business... Check them out..you'll never buy anything else.

Works great on my Smith and Wesson M&P 15. Use my rifle for patrol use (police officer). I use my iron sights as back up for my red dot. I added this sight to my rifle and sighted it in easily. Only complaint would be that the peep sights should be "flip up" to alternate the sight picture from small to large rear ring. You can only chose one and stick with it.

I purchased this along with the front gas block height sight to co-witness the Aimpoint PRO on a DPMS Oracle. I had ordered another brand in the $40 range and they did not co-witness. These Yankee Hill sights are just very well made. The machining and coating is stellar. They are stable and click into place and hold nicely. You can tell these are made by perfectionist for perfectionist. These are definitely quality enough for military or law enforcement. I could not find a single flaw and they co-witnessed perfectly with the Aimpoint PRO.

This is a nice sight to add to a rifle that either didn't come with sights (i.e. one meant to be used with a scope) or one with substandard rear sights. What I like most about it is after I sighted in my rifle I was able to lower the sights and install my scope. So now if my scope breaks I can just pop up the sights and still hit what I'm aiming at. I recommend this sight for anyone that doesn't like to reply on just one of anything.......

Easy to install, light weight fits my weapon well

I love this thing, I was looking everywhere and came across this bad boy. It was priced really well and decided to take a chance, and it paid off. It is not spring loaded but that is not a problem for me at least. it has a fairly low profile and when I took it to the range was able to sight it in with only a few rounds. It does have some wiggle when upright but my some other "better sights" had the same wiggle. I would defiantly recommend this to anybody looking for a quality sight without breaking the bank. Four stars for the giant screw nob on the side. When building a mk12 mod 0 clone, this is an excellent priced alternative to an ARMS sight (1/2 the price) and it fits under the PRI top rail perfectly.

Well built. Only issue is wasn't even close to being centered, had to dial it over a bunch. Hopefully the problem wasn't my build. 😬
