Q: i like it very much, how should i can clean these brushes?

By utilizing the HANGSUN makeup brush cleaner and introducing a compatible cleaning solution, I achieve a thorough and comprehensive cleaning.

Q: Are these brushes soft?

Yes and No. The eyeshadow brushes are extremely tough and even after a couple of washes they still hurt to use for eyeshadow. The foundation brushes aren’t so bad but overall I am definitely NOT satisfied with my brush set. The carrying case is nice and this set (since it’s too late to send back to Amazon for a refund) will be a backup set.

Q: I have like a tan colored powder coming out of the pouch and one of the brushes the plastic it’s in is full of the powder substance is this normal?

I'm guessing you got a previous bought set that was returned & they didn't wash before reselling.
