Have had problems falling asleep for the majority of my life. Found this and after reading several reviews, ordered in hopes it would help me with this issue. A 2 day delivery turned into 6, with several delays. When I finally did receive product, took as instructed when going to bed. After about 30-40 minutes, I began experiencing a dull and heavy in the back of my head. After 2.5 hours, I still was no closer to falling asleep. I was not groggy the next day, but instead had a headache since I had not slept at all - something this product in no way helped resolve. Prior to ordering, I reacted to the price tag of $26, which is a pretty high, especially for a product that does not work. I am now stuck with 119 pills and am out $26. Wish I could replace it for another product, e.g. Vitamin or anything else from the company instead of this complete loss.

Literally the ONLY product I trust for a good night's sleep! I struggle with all version of insomnia (trouble falling asleep at an appropriate time; waking in the middle of the night and staying up for hours; and waking several hours too early and not being able to get back to sleep) and this melatonin has been a life saver for falling asleep at a normal hour, and when i wake in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. It's pure, no icky extra junk inside, and its gentle.

I actually bought this melatonin for my dog because I heard that melatonin is good for a lot of things in dogs.. my dog gets anxiety so I give her this to relax her.. I have been giving her one before bedtime.. I think it really helps her to relax. I’ve noticed that she’s more calm. And now I’m trying to give her one before we go for a walk in the morning to see if it will calm her down more to enjoy her walking. Her and I have tried it myself I take one before bed and I have found that actually has really helped me. I have a problem sometimes sleeping and I take sleeping pills. But after taking sleeping pills for a long time they don’t work as well. So I thought I would try this melatonin to see if it would help me and it actually does. So I get to help my dog, relax more and myself. This is a good product.
