Very good product. Fair price and better than I have seen in stores. The 18oz bag is ideal and keeps me going for a few months. Like any seed or nut it is high fat but it’s nearly all the good unsaturated fats. I try to ensure less than 20% of my daily calories come from fat so i limit myself to a tablespoon a day with my morning oatmeal. It’s not easy as these seeds taste so good, i could easily do a cup not a tablespoon. They also add a wonderful depth of flavor to smoothies, homemade humus and avocado on toast to name a few.
