## Overview

The Panasonic EH2351AC Heated Eyelash Curler Comb uses gentle, even heat to create a natural, long-lasting curl without pinching or crimping. Its circular silicone comb lifts and styles lashes from base to tip, powered by a single AA battery for cordless portability. Designed with a contoured handle for comfort and easy control, it’s perfect for quick touch-ups on the go. The device is easy to clean and works well with or without mascara, making it a sleek, hygienic beauty essential for millennial professionals seeking effortless glam.

## Description

The Panasonic EH2351AC Heated Eyelash Curler Comb is a quick, easy way to create a natural-looking lift and shape—without the pinching, squeezing, or crease you can get from traditional clamp curlers. Its gently heated circular comb helps lift and define lashes from base to tip, making it especially helpful for straight or hard-to-curl lashes when used with the right technique. Ready indicator = best results: Turn the device on and wait until the indicator changes from purple to pink. That color change tells you the curler is warmed up and ready to style. How to use (for best curl): For the most even lift, work in sections—center, inner corner, and outer corner. Place the comb at the base of the lashes, hold briefly, then slowly sweep upward toward the tips. Repeat as needed to build your desired look. Use it on bare lashes for lift, or as a finishing step to shape and separate lashes with mascara (avoid using on wet mascara). Designed for comfort and control, the contoured handle fits naturally in the hand, and the slim shape is easy to pack for touch-ups throughout the day. Includes a protective cap and is powered by one AA battery (not included). Care & cleaning: Turn off the device and allow it to cool. Remove residue from the comb using the included cleaning brush. Do not rinse or submerge the device in water.

Review: correct technique important; fantastic result - I have thin-to-average lashes, medium to long length, quite straight. At first I didn't get much of a result with this product but after a little experimenting, found it is now my favorite beauty tool. Here's the way to achieve curled lashes (works with or without mascara, but using mascara - even a gel tint - will help retain the curl). Start at section of lashes closest to your nose. Apply the heated coils to your lashes from underneath, starting quite near the lid margin. Sweep the wand toward lash edge while pressing up AND ROTATING the wand slightly, so that you're sort of curling/pulling the middle/ends of your lashes back toward your top eyelid. You will have rotated the wand about 130 degrees at the end: at the start, the color indicator is facing nearly downward; at the end, the indicator should be turned almost toward your eyebrows. Hold there for a second or 2 to let the lashes cool/set in that position. Repeat at the middle and outside sections of lashes. If you're using mascara, it will remove some (it's GREAT at removing excess/clumps). If you find that you want a more dramatic look or that your lash tips don't have enough mascara, just wait a minute and apply a little more mascara. This time, apply the mascara while your eyelid is about half closed, and pull the mascara wand up, so you're maintaining/enhancing the curl. NOTE: some people may find that the coils are too hot at full strength - if so, just learn where your comfort zone is and once the wand reaches that temperature (use the color indicator), switch it off briefly and back on during the process to maintain the temperature that's comfortable for you.
Review: Very Difficult; Too Complicated - I love the look of curly eyelashes--it makes my eyes look super-big and glam, like I'm wearing false lashes, plus it gives my face an instant lift. My previous method for curling my lashes was to simply hit my metal eyelash curler Shiseido The Makeup Eyelash Curler with a shot of hot air from my hair dryer and that did the trick. However, it's not always convenient to carry around a hair dryer just to heat your metal eyelash curler. With my busy schedule, sometimes I'm forced to apply my make-up wherever I can, which turns out is not always in front my vanity or in my bathroom next to my hair dryer, or even near an electrical outlet. So, I was so psyched to find out they made electric eyelash curlers!!! What a neat invention, I thought. My first electric eyelash curler was much like this one: Talika Heated Eyelash Curler 1 ea . However, the brand I had didn't really get hot enough for a strong, long lasting curl. Plus, the casing of the curler was rather shabby, and finally it just went dead (at a rather inopportune time might I add, while I was at a resort and couldn't buy another one and of course had left my old manual one behind--ugh!). After that horrid disappointment, having suffered an entire romantic holiday sans curled lashes due to an electric eyelash curler I couldn't depend on, I went back to using the hairdryer-on-metal method. I figured at least it couldn't break on me at the worst time possible. But in my heart I often wondered...was there a good electric eyelash curler out there? Then I saw this heated eyelash curler, and I thought maybe they had improved the tool. Furthermore, I read some reviews that the curler got really hot, which I thought would overcome one of the problems of my previous curler. However, I was sorely disappointed with this curler. It is shaped exactly like a mascara wand. Yes, it gets hot, but the whole concept is messed up. You have to manually sit there and push on your lash line, and then you have to keep going over the lash to warm it up enough to make it pliable, and then you have to keep holding it down, holding it down, holding it down....oh Lord have mercy it's all just too much trouble. And the curl really doesn't lock in, because the curler provides no tension or crimping, and you really need the tension of the two hot metal surfaces squeezing the eyelash. The concept is just off and faulty. I kept the product because I really didn't have time to fool with sending it back and all that. So it just sits in my make-up drawer because I hate to throw something away that I spent money on. I figure maybe I'll find a use for it one day, like to heat up some tiny object that is I don't know what. And in case you are wondering, yeah, I'm back to the hairdryer-on-metal curler method again, IF I'm fortunate enough to be by an outlet. If not, I go without curled lashes (ain't it a shame). I saw Panasonic makes a more traditional-type electric lash curler, like the first one I had Panasonic EH2331P Heated Eyelash Curler . I might try it again, but I'll admit I'm a bit gun shy, having been burnt (no pun intended) in the past. So I ask the cosmetics universe: Can anyone out there make a decent, effective, and dependable heated eyelash curler?

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Any advice on how to use this to straighten very curly lashes ? My lashes flip right over and am inexperienced with using mascara**
A: Yes it does… Comb downward from the backside of your lashes. My lashes are very long and this is the whole reason I purchased this tool. It works very well and stays for the whole day.

**Q: Do the pads need to be replaced like with normal non heat curlers?**
A: The answer to your question is no. They do not give you a extra pad like the normal non heat curlers. I have use the non heat curlers for years. Once I replaced with a the extra pad provided it did not work as well. So I just bought a new one instead. These heated culers last a long time. My eye lashes are straight and stubborn to curl. I use the heated curler and then after I use it I use the non heated curler after. By using the heated curler with also the non heated curler after has made my eye lashes last longer through the day.

**Q: how hot does this get?**
A: i have no idea. but it won't burn you. there are brushes between your skin and the hot part. don't worry. i love this thing. my eyelashes have finally grown back after having been chewed up by my last eye lash curler. look this curler up on you tube for a better idea of how it works.

**Q: I ordered this may 22 2016 but it's not working doesn't heat or turn on ,I used a new battery!**
A: Don't know what to say. Small appliances don't last forever. Maybe it's time was up ⚰️
Let it RIP or contact the manufacturer.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Love the lift.
*by C***W on January 27, 2016*

I have to update my review - Received and started using this December 5, 2015 - It stopped working February 5, 2016. I really loved the lift my eyelashes got from this, but it needs to last longer than 2 months for me to give a true recommendation. I may have just gotten a lemon but I was not rough nor did I drop this product. Couldn't come up with a reason for it to die. I will be trying another brand and will post a review on that one! I was skeptical of this product. But I have to admit that I really love it. It does a very nice job of giving my lashes a little extra lift - it is not like a mechanical curler at all. So if you want the bent lash look, this probably isn't for you. I use mine with mascara, I'm not sure how it would work on bare lashes - but then I don't leave the house w/o mascara. I have also found love for it when I end up with a goopy lash - it totally fixes it and I am able to apply more mascara over it - no glob on the lash!!! And even better - it does not mess up my eyeliner. I takes a couple of extra minutes in the morning - but worth it. I've tried it with several different mascara's and some do work better than others - you just have to find your favorite combination. I've seen other heated curlers at a higher price point, but I feel like got a good deal with this product. I would recommend this product to someone who is looking for a little more glamor.
