One solution to expandability with my DVD collection
I was never a fan of the books because you have to flip through each page and not all are able to be seen but with these they give you transparent dvd cases and you can label and colorcode. Whats nice is they give you accessories to attach them so its also expandable and able to be built on.

About That 150 Number...
I own a bunch of these as storing the original jewel boxes on shelves became unwieldy for me. Yes, it takes a bit more time to find a specific disc, but the savings in space was the critical overriding factor in my case. And this is a nice box - included are dividers, labels, and even a lock, although the latter is of questionable value. Also included are spacers to help the cabinets stack together. Nice box!But that 150-disc number? Maybe, if one were to put JUST the discs in. Of course, no one would do that. I store each disc in a sleave, along with the CD booklet and the inside label (the printed sheet under the disc). I'd guess I might get 75 of these in a single box - which is why I ultimately needed 14 of these and not the six I'd originally estimated. So, the disc-storage-box budget got blown, but this product is still recommended - if one understands that the 150 number is pure marketing hype. And why do vendors think this kind of hyperbole is an acceptable practice? We may never know, but we should call them on it when we fall victim.

CD Drawers
This item only holds 25 cds in cases. Also, the plastic is flimsy and cheaply made. Not worth the money

Fantastic product!
I bought 12 of these. One of the most perfect products I have ever purchased. They work beautifully. Lock to gather perfectly.P.S. The add says they come with 75 sleeves, but they are double sided so they hold 150 dvds

Useful, But Not Perfect
These drawers are well-made and have good storage capacity but are not perfect. The problem is that they are designed to hold CD jewel cases only in "landscape" but not in "portrait" orientation, so the text on the short ends of the jewel cases is hidden rather than visible at the top of the cases. The drawers also are too low for use with Vaultz A to Z CD and DVD Storage File Guides (VZ01176). These drawers appear to be copies of Media Solutions CD-ROM drawers, of which I have several, but which are no longer available. The Media Solutions drawers hold CD's in either landscape or portrait orientation and also accommodate the Vaultz Storage File Guides. If you can find used Media Solutions drawers, they are far more functional.

Good storage for CDs in jewel cases.
Having purchase several of these units a number of years ago and finding them to be excellent storage for CDs, I ordered another unit. They work very wel! for storage and access of CDs. The CDs are placed in drawers which can have dividers. I store the CDs in their original plastic cases without using the dividers!

Innovera CD-DVD Storage Drawer Holds 150 Discs Light Gray - Review
I bought 4 of these drawers and immediately removed the so-called 'locks' because (1) they're useless, and (2), the way the interior of the drawer is designed, the first time a stack of jewel cases falls forward when closing the drawer, the 'lock' will most likely chip off the top right corner of the front-most jewel case and you'll be looking for a replacement jewel case and I don't need the aggravation. Then there's the issue of the anticipated orientation of the jewel cases in the drawer - SIDEWAYS - it's your only choice. It also makes the spine label impossible to see from the top. Bad design. Then there's the issue of the interior width of the drawer. If they'd made it a millimeter wider, it would be easier to insert and remove a small stack of three or four jewel cases in one motion. As it is, you really need to insert them one at a time.I guess I've been spoiled by the Fellowes brand of CD-Drawers which I've had for over a decade and which have none of these issues even though they have a plastic 'lock' (never used but also never in the way).

A Great Way To Protect & Organize Your Discs
Overall, I'm happy with this item. It's a sturdy box with a smooth gliding drawer. I currently have all three of mine stacked on top of each other. The included accessories make it so they attach to one another and well enough that you don't feel like they're going to easily tip over or anything. For the price, these are a good way to store your CD/DVDs if you don't have to worry about covers and whatnot.
