We bought this camera system for our RV. Nice product for the price the cameras works great. We had installed the camera system in Feb, but did not get a chance to use it until June. We had planned a trip and before we left we checked out the cameras and found that one of the side cameras had water in the lens. We contacted customer service they were quick to response and were very helpful especially Mindy P. We had a replacement camera within a week of contacting them. Thanks to their great service and them responding so quickly we were able to go on our trip as planned.

This product has very little instructions to go with it. Already broke two cameras in a week. Not very pleased! They have got ahold of me and I’m surprised at the amount of customer service!!!

The media could not be loaded. i finally got around to installing this. I tested daylight performance when it arrived but I did not test night performance until today.Cameras work well enough in daylight. One of the large cameras is half static in night vision mode (basically non-functional) and the signal intermittently cuts out completely. The other works well except for a blinding halo of IR light reflecting from the glass and washing out the image. One of the round side cameras has this halo reflection severely and the other has none at all (the only one of the four cameras that works well at night).I suspect the halos are camera quality issues and the static issues I am seeing are from a defective camera.

Customer Service for this camera system was great, they answered all my questions quickly,and have been very helpful, have not installed the system yet but looks to be well made,will write another when I get it installed! Thanks Micky

Works good and video is very clear,but I find it's somewhat dark.I would like to know if there is a feature to lighten the picture?

I love this camera kit. It came with just about everything I needed to install it in my new 14' box truck. The picture quality is superior to other cameras I've used in the past. I work for a plumbing/HVAC service company and I've installed several similar systems in our fleet vehicles over the years. The only thing I would note, the cameras themselves are rather large. They work fine for a large vehicle, like a box truck or RV. I wouldn't recommend them for anything smaller though.

Just what I needed for my RV. The 4 way camera screen is well made and the cameras are as well: easy to install and plenty of wire to run to all 4 corners.

Unit works great but one vid cam will not work...I contacted the makers 4 weeks ago but never got a return answer...could be because of Coronavirus quarantine?
