Best capo I have ever found
Different capos work well with some guitars and some not. What I might use on a certain acoustic may not work well with some of my electrics. That being said, I play out professionally and my guitar of choice on stage is a Gretsch Duo-Jet. I went through a few different capos over the years, dissatisfied with all of them for the two big reasons, tuning distortion when I put the capo on so I had to re-tune every time I put the capo on or moved it. Reason two was that when I bent strings, quite often the string would not return to the original position. The G7 absolutely solved those problems. You have total control over the pressure you want to apply when putting it on. That makes a huge difference right there. You need different pressures depending on far far up the neck you are placing it. I have found with practice that I can put it on and stay pretty much in tune. Maybe adjust the low E a tiny bit, but not much. And when I bend, the strings stay in place. This is not a cheap capo, but well worth it IMO.

Best Capo I've Tried--Love It!
A total joy to use. Best Capo I've tried! Easy on/off, holds firmly, simple design, and looks good too!

Excellent Capo's
In my humble opinion, these are the best capo's around. I like the low profile, and works fine on my Telecaster with a 9.5 radius fretboard

It works!
This capo is AMAZING. It really works.Get rid of that old fashioned capo you have .It’s easy to use and no matter what fret your placing it at….. it’s perfectly in tune.

It’s a hefty sturdy capo. One handed use is fine.
The capo looks and feels fantastic. Not sure, why some reviews say they have difficulty using with one hand. It’s super simple to use with one hand. How to use: center the top pad with your strings and neck and squeeze the bottom portion towards the top with the top portion resting on the strings. How NOT to use: especially with guitars with smaller neck profiles. Don’t butt-up the inside of the capo (the inner “C”) against the neck of the guitar. With the way the internal pad mechanism is designed to function, if it’s not centered with the guitar’s specific neck size and strings, it will not seal properly and cause buzzing as it’s off-center. If you align it like explained in “How to use” it should seal properly with no buzzing. As far as de-tuning, it does a better job than most. It beats having to adjust tension on the capos with the turning tension mechanism when switching guitars. So far, no capo is perfect. This is pretty close. Can’t wait for the next iteration! Otherwise, I would buy another. Pricy? Yes, but there’s shockingly still more expensive options that probably don’t deliver.

The BEST!!
Best capo I ever had - and I have over the years tried all of them. It is somewhat expensive - but it you want a pro quality one that keeps you well in tune - go for it! (just don't lose it or lend it to someone in your band who doesn't give it back)!

Didn't work for me
I tried this capo with an irish bouzouki, an octave madolin and a guitar. It caused string clipping on certain strings on all three. Easily one of the most overpriced and useless items I ever purchased on Amazon. I returned it the same day it arrived.

Nest capo, EVER!
I was tired of always losing my capos, so I figured that if I were to purchase one of the most expensive ones on the market I'd keep track of it.Not only did that strategy work, but this thing is incredibly easy to put on and take off. Works beautifully!
