RPM Wide Front Bumper Black Rustler, Stampede, Bandit, Blue

Does the job for me. I’m a backyard basher (As another reviewer said about him/herself). I installed it over the small stock one on my 12 year old stampede. It’s slightly angled up, which helps pushing the tall grass, weeds down. Much more protection for front suspension, it’s about 6” wide. Quality material, will buy another when I, or grandson manage to break, on time delivery, decent value for a Traxxas accessory…..

Adds a bit of protection to the truck. My son ran into curbs the first few times and quickly broke the castor blocks. When replacing the caster blocks with ST Racking Aluminum Casters I also installed this bumper. On one Stampede I replaced the stock bumper and on the other I installed it over the stock bumper. Seems to work both ways and perhaps leaving the stock under it adds slightly more protection... Maybe. Either way these survived a couple of runs so far with great results.

This product is great, I own a rustler, a bandit, and a slash. This bumper fit both the bandit and rustler. I bought the blue for one and the green for the other. I am very pleased with the ease of installation and the protection it offers. Thank you for the great product.

This bumper is 3x wider than stock and is an excellent option when replacing. Covers better and last longer. By the way it's less than 10bucks. Please ignore all bad reviews. Those people are just upset that it possibly didn't hold up after a 50-70mph crash into a dumpster. Well worth 10bucks

I drive my traxxas rustler vxl hard on 3s lipo and crash at 50+mph and the stock skid plate didn't last long, but this bumper handles everything from head on high speed collisions into solid concrete to cartwheeling over pavement at 70mph because of the way rpm plastic flexes on impact instead of breaking. During speed runs its steep angle can lift up the front of the truck and make it fly into the air but i figured out that you can turn it upside down and mount it to the top of the bulkhead with a little cutting to make it fit, once this is done it has the opposite effect of giving the front end downforce and making it more stable at high speeds. My reasons for 4 and not 5 stars are that on landing jumps even slightly nose heavy it will often catch and send the truck onto its roof when the stock skidplate would've allowed it to correct itself and stay on the wheels, also the truck looks a little funny with the bumper protruding out of the front so much but that may not bother you, it just depends on if you think the extra durability is worth it for slightly less performance and looks.

Easy install and does its job amazingly. Do a lot of circle dirt track racing and I’d keep braking toe links or other stuff from when contact would happen but not no more

Got to get one. Not all rpm parts last forever but they let you know when they are about to fail. The bumper is might last forever. Arms great but they can be hurt. Will let you run them till new ones one in.

Looks good, helps protect the front of my truck, would buy again
